As soon as the light fades from the device, and Dick runs a quick check over his body to check that all the limbs that are supposed to be there are, he leaps and knocks James to the floor.

"Dick, hang on, you've only just -" James starts to say, but Dick silences him with a plundering kiss, full of heat and fire.

"I've been a penguin for two sodding months," he eventually says, already scrabbling at James' belt, and really (oh really), James can't refuse that.
